Where do you ship?
- We ship across Canada with tracked options. For international shipping, see “International” below.
How long does processing take?
- Orders typically process in 1–2 business days. During holidays or sale periods, it may take longer.
- If we anticipate a delay, we’ll note it here or at checkout.
How are shipping rates calculated?
- Rates are shown at checkout based on destination, package weight/size, and carrier rates.
- We use trusted Canadian carriers and regional partners.
- Budget options appear for small or lightweight orders.
Do I get tracking?
- Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after pickup.
Can I pick up my order locally?
- When available, choose Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order’s ready.
Address changes & PO Boxes
- If you need to change your address before shipping, reply to your order email or contact us with your order number.
- PO Boxes are supported for Canada Post options only.
Do you ship to remote or rural areas?
- Yes — just allow a few extra days for delivery. Available carrier options will appear at checkout.
What if my package is delayed?
- Carrier scans can lag 24–48 hours. If tracking stalls past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
- Currently our focus is Canada. For international requests, reach out for a quote and options.
Lost or damaged packages
- Damaged: Take photos of the box and item and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
- Lost: If tracking stops updating, send us your order # so we can open a trace.
What packaging do you use?
- Right-sized recyclable mailers, minimal filler, and locally sourced materials where possible.
- Matches the eco approach described on the About page.
