Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every disc you throw. If something isn’t right, here’s how to handle returns and exchanges quickly.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Clearance, mystery boxes, or marked “final sale” items are not returnable.
- Digital products, event fees, and gift cards are non-refundable.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, send us a quick note via the Contact page with your order number and we’ll confirm.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@cmdd.ca or use our Contact form.
- Include your order number and reason for return (e.g., wrong item, duplicate, not what I expected, etc.).
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and simple instructions.
Please don’t ship anything back without authorization; it helps us track packages and issue faster refunds.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after arrival for processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different disc, color, or plastic, start a return and place a new order for the replacement.
- This ensures your preferred item doesn’t sell out while the return is in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Take photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send them to support@cmdd.ca or via Contact.
- We’ll replace or refund as quickly as possible, depending on stock availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
